Summer Hours Set for Philipsburg Historic Sites

PHILIPSBURG – Summer hours have been announced for Philipsburg’s three historic sites through the Labor Day weekend.

The hours will be from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. Sundays at the Simler House, 100 N. Second St.; Old Mud Church, 607 E. Presqueisle St.; and Philipsburg Historical Museum at 203 N. Front St. (take elevator to third floor, Room 316).

The Philipsburg Historical Museum will also be open from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Thursdays.

For Philipsburg Heritage Days, additional hours will be July 11, 12, 13 and 15 from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. at all three sites.

The Simler House will also be open from 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. July 14; other sites will be closed that day for the parade.
