Poll Workers Sought for Election Day

CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield County Board of Election is in search of poll workers for Election Day.

Workers are needed in the following precincts:

  • Chest Township
  • Cooper Township – Second Precinct
  • Jordan Township
  • Lawrence Township – Glen Richey Precinct
  • Lawrence Township – Plympton Precinct
  • Mahaffey Borough
  • Pike Township
  • Ramey Borough
  • Sandy Township – Treasure Lake Precinct

Poll Worker Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older, registered in Clearfield County and registered in the precinct where the help is needed.

You must be able to work from before the polls open until all work is finished after the polls are closed. It will be from approximately 6 a.m. until 9 p.m.  These are paid positions; compensation is based upon the position held.

The Election Office will gladly accept names to put on the back-up list for all precincts within Clearfield County.

To become a poll worker or to put your name on the back-up list, please contact the Clearfield County Election Office at 814-7656-2642, Ext. 5053, or e-mail at elections@clearfieldco.org.
