How long do you want your marriage to last? Do you want it to be a few months? Or, do you want it to be a few years? Everyone hopes for a lifetime together.
Real Relationships, a free program of Children’s Aid Society, gives couples the tools they need to make their marriage go the distance.
Free weekly classes for couples will be held at Trinity United Methodist Church, Philipsburg, Tuesday evenings, starting Feb. 20.
Classes for couples and singles start at the Presbyterian Church in DuBois Feb. 19 and 21.
Each class includes dinner, a gas card and child care.
Married couples can celebrate Valentine’s Day with a free weekend retreat at Homewood Suites, DuBois, Feb. 9-10.
The weekend includes free catered meals, an overnight hotel stay and gas cards. Couples have the option of choosing $125 in gas cards instead of the free hotel stay.
Engaged couples or those who are in committed relationships can sign up for a one-day workshop Feb. 17, also at the Homewood Suites.
The event includes free catered meals and gas cards. Real Relationships will cover half the cost of the marriage license if couples complete the program and then get married.
