CLEARFIELD – Gregory M. Dixon, CNB Bank market executive, recently announced the promotion of Heather J. Koptchak to assistant vice president/market manager.

In her position as market manager, Koptchak oversees the operations of 14 offices located in Centre, Clearfield, Elk and McKean counties.

Her primary responsibilities are to guide community office managers in achieving established goals and in promoting superior customer service.

Koptchak started her career as a teller in 2004. Since then, she has served in various positions within the corporation, including management trainee, wealth management sales assistant, branch supervisor and assistant branch manager.

“Heather continues to grow professionally at CNB and is a valuable asset for our organization,” said Dixon.

“She has done a tremendous job with the 14 offices she oversees, and I am confident she will continue to strive for the highest standards to ensure our customers receive the very best customer experience.”

A native of West Decatur, Koptchak is a 2002 graduate of Philipsburg-Osceola High School. She is also a 2004 graduate of Pennsylvania State University Wilkes Barre with an Associate’s degree in business administration.

She is currently enrolled in the PA Bankers Advanced School of Banking. She’s earned three certificates from the Pennsylvania Banker’s Association/Professional Development Network (PBA/PDN), including the Sales Assistant Professional Development Series, Supervisor Certificate and Fundamentals of Consumer Lending. She has also been selected to participate this spring in the CNB Leadership Institute.

Koptchak currently resides in Osceola Mills with her husband, John, and their children, Dylan and Haylie.

Koptchak contributes her time and talents to the community as a minor league coach of the Philipsburg-Osceola Little League; as a volunteer for the Emily Whitehead Foundation; on the board of managers for the Moshannon Valley Branch of the YMCA of Centre County; as well as other various activities and financial educational events.
