CLEARFIELD – Clearfield Borough police are continuing their search for a missing 16-year-old Coalport boy, James K. Potts.

Potts went missing around 12:24 p.m. Oct. 11 from East Locust Street in Clearfield. Since then, police haven’t received any positive leads as to Potts’ whereabouts.

“We are still actively searching,” Chief Vincent McGinnis told GANT News on Monday morning. “We are receiving assistance from the Pennsylvania State Police and the Sheriff’s Office.”

In a previous report, police described Potts as standing approximately 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing 115 pounds. He has blonde hair and hazel eyes.

Police say he was last seen wearing brown cargo pants and a gray T-shirt with a green Hurley logo on its front. He also has a cubic zirconia ear ring in each ear.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Clearfield Borough police at 814-765-1533 or 814-765-7819.
