The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is alerting motorists that a section of Route 322 in Clearfield County is lane restricted, with an alternating traffic pattern controlled by roadway flaggers in place.
The restriction stretches from the traffic light at the Route 322/Route 2030 (Allport/Bigler Cutoff) intersection to Route 53 in Philipsburg.
This section of Route 322 had been fully closed earlier today. The detour for that closure has now been lifted.
The restriction remains necessary as clean-up from a tractor-trailer crash continues.
PennDOT expects this restriction to be in place throughout the day. PennDOT cautions drivers to be alert for stopped or slowed traffic in this area.
