CLEARFIELD – Katie Penoyer, CNB Bank assistant vice president of treasury services, recently presented a check to Jenna Witherite, CIU No. 10 adult and community programs coordinator.

The donation by CNB Bank will be used to help offset the cost of GED® exams for the CIU’s students.

“CNB is committed to providing students with the tools they need, and we are proud to be able to help these adult learners reach their educational goals,” said Penoyer.

The CIU No. 10, Development Center for Adults serves Centre, Clearfield, and Clinton counties. Their Adult Basic Education and GED prep classes are offered as a free service.

More information can be found online at www.ciu10.org under the Departments, Adult Education tab.
