Arlene J. Kulbatsky, 58, of Reynoldsville died Saturday, June 3, 2017 at Allegheny General Hospital after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis.
Born Feb. 19, 1959 in Jacksonville, Fla., she was the daughter of Elton and Ruth (Dungey) Himes. They survive and live in Reynoldsville.
On Sept. 19, 1981, she married Mark A. Kulbatsky. He survives.
She had previously worked at Beechwoods Flying Service.
She was a member of the St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Reynoldsville, where she was a past C.C.D. teacher and active in the Catholic Daughters of America.
She liked to hunt and fish. She also enjoyed camping and being in the outdoors.
She is survived by three children, Jessica Kulbatsky and Karl Kulbatsky and his wife, Amanda, both of Reynoldsville, and Kristen Kulbatsky of DuBois; a sister, Kim Engle and her husband, Phil of Falls Creek; and a brother, Forrest Himes and his wife, Dasunee of Grand Junction, Colo. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Mallory, Owen, Jerzy and Neeko.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Wayne Himes.
Friends will be received from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Monday at the Baronick Funeral Home and Crematorium Inc.
A Scriptural Wake Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Baronick Funeral Home and Crematorium Inc. with Fr. Bill Barron officiating.
Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
