LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP – On May 5, the Lawrence Township and Clearfield Borough police, along with the Pennsylvania State Police Narcotic K-9 Unit, conducted a traffic detail.
According to township police, the purpose of the detail was to identify impaired drivers. Police made 23 traffic stops, detecting one drug violation. Charges are currently pending in that case.
Police also reported numerous equipment violations and the service of one arrest warrant.
