The Dance Company School of Performing Arts attended various competitions recently.
Hollywood Vibe in Pittsburgh is where dancers received high silvers and high golds and also received The Best Direction Award.
Sadie Ryan also received a scholarship in hip-hop while attending Hollywood Vibe.
Closer to home, the Curwensville twirling and dance competition was held, and the teams took first place in all their dance categories. These included musical theater, contemporary, jazz and lyrical dance.
The Headliners Tour held in Johnstown was the next stop for the competition groups, as they received high golds and golds while there.
The final competition of the year was The Encore Dance Competition held in Johnstown. The teams received high golds and platinum awards along with The Broadway Bound Award.
The teams worked very hard this year and received many awards at all the competitions that they attended.
