Obituary Notice: Mary Jo Fink

Mary Jo Fink, 70, of Clearfield died Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at the Knickerbocker Villa, Clearfield.

She was born Nov. 2, 1946, a daughter of the late Nick J. and Shirley Jean (Twoey) Biviano.

Mrs. Fink had been employed as a personal caregiver with Comfort Keepers since 2005. 

Prior to that, she was employed by the former Target Sportswear for two-and-a-half years and the former Kent’s Sportswear for 32.5 years.

She was a member of the St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield.

She is survived by her step-mother, Janet Digiacomo of State College; an estranged brother, Anthony C. Biviano and his wife, Garnett of State College; three step-sisters, Lisa Davis and her husband, Robert of New Zealand, Julie Hoke and her husband, Rodney of North Carolina and Marla Benner and her husband, Brad of Harrisburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rex D. Fink on Dec. 2, 2013 and to whom she was wed June 24, 1967 in Clearfield. 

A memorial mass will be held at 10 .m. Tuesday at the St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield, with Fr. Brandon Kleckner as celebrant.  Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery, Clearfield.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St. Francis Educational Endowment Fund, 212 S. Front St., Clearfield, PA.

The Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield, is in charge of the arrangements.
