State police at DuBois
- State police received a report about deceptive business practices that occurred July 18, 1995 at the Lakelawn Memorial Park in Reynoldsville, Jefferson County. According to state police, the victim signed a contract to purchase a bronze marker and granite base. The victim paid $1,295, and the items have neither been placed on the gravesite, nor ordered for it. State police said prosecution was declined due to the fact that it was beyond the five-year statute of limitations.
Clearfield Borough
- Lawrence Township police were assisted with a runaway adult who left the autism facility. Police located the male in the parking lot of the Clearfield Mall.
- Police received a traffic complaint that occurred along South Front Street. It was reported that a sanitation truck was following a vehicle too closely.
- Police received a report about a lost dog, which left a residence along South Fifth Street. Police were later notified that the dog returned home.
- Police assisted with a patient who was having a medical emergency and unable to get inside a residence on East Market Street. Police were able to gain entry into the residence.
Lawrence Township
- Police received a report about a runaway juvenile from a local school. He was located and returned to his guardian.
- Police received a report about a phone scam. According to police, the caller claimed to work for Dish Network. Residents are urged not to provide any personal information out over the phone.
- Police received a report about a traffic hazard. When police arrived at the scene, it had been removed already.
- Police received a report about an alleged theft from a residence in Hyde. It remains under investigation at this time.
- Police received an animal complaint. It was referred to Animal Control.
- Police received a report about a civil issue involving personal property.
- Police received a report about a suspicious fire on Mann Road.
- Police were contacted about checking the welfare of an 80-year-old woman on Robinson Avenue.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of disorderly conduct and harassment that occurred at the Clearfield Area Junior-Senior High School.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of theft that occurred at the Sapp Bros. Truck Stop.
- Police received an animal complaint.
- Police received a report about a domestic incident at Edgewood.
- Police received a report about the alleged theft of a house key.
- Police received a noise complaint that occurred on Park Avenue Extension.
- Police received a report about a traffic hazard on Route 879. Upon arrival police located a tractor-trailer stopped in a travel lane and assisted its driver with directions to a business.
- Police assisted emergency personnel with a fall patient.
DuBois City
- Police were dispatched after a deer was struck by a vehicle in the area of East DuBois Avenue and Division Street. When police arrived in the area, they were unable to locate the deer.
- Police received a report about a four-wheeler been driven on the roadway in the 100 block of Robinson Street. However, it was gone upon police arrival in the area.
