Secret ‘Santa’ Pays Off Layaway Balances at Pennsylvania Walmart

A Pennsylvania woman says she was shocked when she went to pay off her layaway balance at a local Walmart and she only owed a penny. The store says an anonymous donor paid nearly $75,000 towards layaway balances.
