Mildred E. Conklin, 87, Morrisdale and formerly of Philipsburg died Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Penn Highlands Clearfield.
She was born Nov. 27, 1928 in Clarence. She was the daughter of the late Harold and Blanche (Starline) Askey. She was married to Marvin L. Conklin, Jr., and he preceded her in death in 1984.
Mrs. Conklin is survived by her four children, Vicki (Frank) Wagner of Lanse, Marvin L. “Dusty” (Louise) Conlkin III of Drifting, Sandra M. (William) Fox of Osceola Mills and Tracy Bowman of Grassflat and her companion, Stephen Biggans of Drifting; two siblings, Romana (Jack) Fye of Maryland and Fred (Mary) Askey of South Philipsburg; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she is also preceded in death by two sisters, Maxine Schram and Lois Snyder.
Friends will be received from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. Wednesday at the David K. Dahlgren Funeral Home, Philipsburg.
Services will follow at 12 p.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Scott Hartsock. Burial will follow in Philipsburg Cemetery.
