Jacquie Rishel, wife of Dr. Ted “Frosty” Rishel, who was in the Clearfield Rotary Club for decades prior to his passing, is shown with Rotarian Ron Strattan on Friday after putting her annual donation in the Salvation Army Red Kettle for its annual drive.

“We used to have a friendly competition with other clubs in the area to see which one would raise the most during their day of bell ringing,” Strattan reminisced.
