Shelly L. Hudak, 43, of Madera died Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2015 in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh.
Born Feb. 9, 1972 in Philipsburg, she was the daughter of Vivian (Berndt) Hudak of Ramey and Gene Gardner of Houtzdale.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Ashley Steiner of Madera, one brother, John and his wife, Renee Hudak of Kentucky and her husband, Fred Graham.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Steven Hudak and her step-father, Alvin Beish.
Family will receive friends from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. Sunday at the Kruise-Spewock Funeral & Cremation Service, Ramey.
A service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with Pastor Mark Melhorn officiating. Burial will follow in Beulah Cemetery, Ramey.
