Brookville, PA – The Jefferson County Fairgrounds Board of Directors announced ticket refund information from the cancelled Truck Pull event this past weekend.

Ticket holders of the Power Pulls truck pull event produced by Full Pull Productions can claim refunds in two different ways.

On Tuesday evening,  June 23rd, from 5pm-7pm, refunds will be issued in person in exchange for each purchased ticket swapped with a designated Fairgrounds representative.

Refunds will not be issued for complimentary or free passes.  Those seeking a refund in person that night will be able to drive through the Fairgrounds to the grandstand to claim their refund.

Fairground volunteers and security will be on hand to direct traffic and assist ticket holders entering the Fairgrounds.  Refunds will not be issued in person at any other time other than Tuesday night at the Fairgrounds.

For those who cannot make it Tuesday evening to the Fairgrounds, the second way to claim a refund is by mailing back the purchased tickets in exchange for a check issued.

Mailings should be made to the attention of: Jefferson County Fair, Attn: Refunds, 1514 Rt. 28N, Brookville, PA 15825.

Those who wish to refund by mail should include their purchased tickets and a pre-paid envelope with the information of their full name, full mailing address and name of the person the check should be paid to, if different than mailing information.  It is highly recommended that those customers record their ticket numbers or photocopy their tickets for proof of purchase before mailing.

“We want to make sure that everyone who purchased tickets to the cancelled event this past weekend receives their full refund”, said Toni Facchine, Treasurer for the Jefferson County Fair. “It was unfortunate that we had spotty showers and mixed weather the entire weekend where Full Pull [Productions] and the Fair tried everything possible to put on the show.  We’re happy to issue refunds to all of the patrons who purchased tickets and thank everyone for their patience and understanding this past weekend.”

For questions referring to refunds, individuals should contact Toni Facchine, Treasurer, by emailing refunds@jeffcofair.com.
