MAHAFFEY – A benefit dinner will be held for Tucker and Heather Bell on July 11. It will be held from 2 p.m. – 7 p.m. at the Mahaffey Fire Hall.
Activities will get under way at 2 p.m.; a roasted chicken dinner will be available from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. Individuals can eat-in or take-out.
Tickets are $9 for adults and chicken nuggets will be available for children who are 6 years and under for $5.
Tucker Bell, 33, of Mahaffey sustained a severe brain injury in a work-related accident. He will require weeks of hospitalization and months of rehabilitation. Tucker Bell has three young children.
Proceeds from the benefit dinner will assist Tucker Bell’s wife and children with their financial needs.
