Spikes announce management team promotions

Scott Walker has been named General Manager and Dan Petrazzolo has been promoted to Assistant GM of Operations as part of a series of front office staff changes announced by the State College Spikes. Senior VP and General Manager Jason Dambach has accepted the Executive VP and GM post with the Frisco (TX) RoughRiders, but will remain involved with the franchise in the role of team President.
