CLEARFIELD – The Joint Operating Committee of the Clearfield County Career & Technology Center recognized Lori Spencer of Grampian as the 2013-14 Outstanding Staff Member.
Spencer is employed as a student aide/paraprofessional and was chosen by the staff for her hard work, dedication and willingness to help out in any situation.
