Penn State football coach James Franklin to attend State of the Union Address

U.S. Rep. Glenn ‘GT’ Thompson (R-Howard) has announced that Penn State football Head Coach James Franklin will be his guest for the President’s State of the Union Address on Tuesday, Jan. 28. The State of the Union Address will begin at 9 p.m. and air on major television networks.
