Obituary Notice: Terry L. Spencer Sr.

Terry L. Spencer Sr., 53, of Beccaria died Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2013 at the Mountain Laurel Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Clearfield.

Born Sept. 29, 1959 in Philipsburg, he was the son of the late Charles and Linda Kerr Spencer of Beccaria. Mr. Spencer was a member of the Blain City VFW Post No. 7043.

He’s survived by a daughter, Melisa Deluccia and her husband, Brandon of Curwensville; three sons, Terry L. Spencer Jr. and his fiancé, Carina Demi, Lance Spencer and Jesse Spencer and his fiancé, Brandi Dowell, all of Clearfield.

Also surviving are a sister, Karen Gearhart and her fiancé, Bruce Hockenberry of Houtzdale; two brothers, Charles Spencer Jr. and his companion, Janet Jenkins of Coalport and Donald Spencer and his fiancé, Vicky Proudfit of Beccaria; a maternal grandmother, Dorothy Light of Philipsburg; and eight grandchildren.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Daniel and Lydia Spencer; his maternal grandfather, Melvin Kerr; and his niece, Autumn Dawn Spencer.

A funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at the Chapel of the Strange & Weaver Funeral Service, Morrisdale, with the Pastor Robert Kline officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

Friends will be received from 2 p.m. until the hour of services Saturday at the funeral home.
