Police Report: Ridgway PSP

An incident of harassment occurred Wednesday on Ridge Road in Fox Township. During the incident, an 18-year-old Kersey man allegedly pushed the victim several times about his chest in an attempt to keep him from going outside. The accused was cited through the district court.
