Police Report: Ridgway PSP

An incident of DUI occurred Saturday on Irishtown Road in Fox Township. During the incident, a 17-year-old Ridgway boy was stopped for a traffic violation and found to be under the influence of alcohol. Laboratory tests confirmed he was over the legal limit. Charges for DUI and related summary offenses were filed in juvenile court.
An incident of retail theft occurred Thursday at Wal-Mart in Fox Township. During the incident, a Johnsonburg male removed approximately $53.94 worth of merchandise from the store prior to paying for the items. Charges were filed through the district court.
An incident of DUI occurred Sunday on North Broad Street in Ridgway Borough. During the incident, a 29-year-old St. Marys woman was stopped for a traffic violation. Further investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol. She was taken to the Elk Regional Health Center for blood testing. Charges were filed through the district court.
An incident of retail theft occurred Saturday at Wal-Mart in Fox Township. During the incident, a 26-year-old St. Marys woman allegedly removed several cosmetic items. She was apprehended by Wal-Mart employees before leaving the store. Charges will be filed against the woman through the district court.
