Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of harassment occurred Sunday at the intersection of Front and Spruce streets in Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, a 14-year-old Philipsburg boy allegedly punched a 19-year-old Philipsburg man in his ribs with a closed fist. The boy will be charged with harassment.
