  • An accident occurred Wednesday at the intersection of State Street and Bloomington Avenue. The operator of a Toyota Tacoma was traveling westbound on State Street when they crossed the center of the roadway and struck a Ford Sedan that was stationary at an eastbound traffic light. As a result, the Ford Sedan was forced into a third vehicle, causing minor damage. One person was transported to the hospital by private vehicle. Two vehicles were towed from the scene.
  • An incident of harassment by communications was reported to police on Thursday.
  • Juveniles were reportedly throwing rocks at the bridge on Schofield Street.
  • A tractor-trailer became stuck on a traffic control pole at the intersection of State and Filbert streets on Thursday. Further investigation revealed it had its tires lifted off the ground from the trailer being stuck against the traffic pole, which prevented it from moving.
  • A motorist was assisted at the Dollar General after locking their keys inside their vehicle.
