Jeffrey L. Hardin, 59, of Clearfield died Monday, Jan. 28, 2013 at Ridgeview Elder Care and Rehabilitation Center, Curwensville.
He was born Oct. 23, 1953, the son of Neil Franklin Hardin Jr. and Lola (Shomo) Hardin.
Mr. Hardin was employed by ANH Refractories Company in Windham, OH.
He is survived by his mother, Lola Hardin, of Clearfield and four children, Scott Trower of Geneso, IL, Jeff Hardin of Camp Hill, Jennifer Hardin, of Clearfield and Heather Howald of Farber, MO.
Surviving are three grandchildren, Angela Hardin, Tessa Trower and Ryan Howald; a brother, Eric Hardin of Clearfield; a sister, Phyllis Bush of Jackson, MS; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Mr. Hardin was preceded in death by his father and two brothers, Neil and Phillip Hardin.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home Inc. of Clearfield with Minister Raymond Stiner officiating. Burial will be held in the Mount Joy Cemetery.
Friends will be received from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. Thursday from 1p.m. until the hour of the services Friday at the funeral home.
