The following students have been charged with furnishing alcoholic beverages to a minor, which is a misdemeanor, as well as other related offenses.

The charges were filed Tuesday and will be sent to the defendants via a summons.

According to the news release, State College police completed an investigation that had been initiated after 19-year-old Paige Raque was seriously injured due to falling from a fifth-floor apartment window at Calder Commons at 520 E.
