CURWENSVILLE – Curwensville Area High School Athletic Director Allen Leigey has announced that due to early dismissal Friday, both the Curwensville boys and girls basketball games have been postponed due to the impending snow storm.
The Curwensville at Brockway girls game is now scheduled for Thursday, February 7, with the junior varsity starting at 6 pm.
Brockway at Curwensville boys basketball is now set for Saturday afternoon, February 9. JV action starts at 2 pm with the varsity to immediately follow.
Up next for the Lady Tide will be a trip to DuBois on Monday as they battle Dubois Central Catholic (DCC). The Lady Tide lost to DCC earlier this season at Curwensville, 55-49. The junior varsity contest starts at 6 pm.
The Golden Tide boys squad will be home Monday when it takes on DCC, a team that beat the Tide the first time around this season, 35-29. The JV game starts at 6 pm.
