HARRISBURG – State Rep. Matt Gabler, R-Clearfield and Elk counties, spoke in support of Second Amendment rights at a rally held Wednesday at the state Capitol in Harrisburg.
He was joined by a number of legislators at the event, hosted by Pennsylvania Responsible Citizens.
