CLEARFIELD – After a brief executive session Tuesday, the Clearfield County Commissioners authorized Solicitor Kim Kesner to prepare an option agreement for Lot 6 in the Professional Office Park in the amount of $47,000 to the Northern Cambria County Development Corp.
Kesner will prepare the option agreement and present it to the NCCDC. He’s been given authorization to make contact with representatives at the NCCDC regarding the option agreement.
When asked after the meeting, Joan Robinson-McMillen said the NCCDC is currently interested in putting senior housing on the approximately one-acre lot, which is the last one available. She said if the NCCDC moved forward with the project, it would be 30 units of one and two-bedroom apartments for seniors.
Kesner said he couldn’t provide any additional information until the option agreement has been prepared for presentation to the commissioners.
