Terry L. Shubert, 63, of Clearfield died Monday, Jan. 21, 2013 at his home. He was born Jan. 1, 1950, the son of Carl and Esther (Triponey) Shubert.
Mr. Shubert was employed by Penn State University as an electrician.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines and served in the Vietnam Era.
Mr. Shubert was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
He is survived by three children, Meladie L. Bailey, Merilee L. Bailey and Micah T.
Bailey and his former spouse, Mary A. Bailey, all of Clearfield and two brothers, Chris Triponey and his wife, Genny, of Pittsburgh and Tim Bailey, of Kiyowa City, AZ.
Mr. Shubert was preceded in death by his parents, his adopted parents, John and Hilda Bailey and a sister, Karen Bailey.
A graveside service will be held at 12 p.m. Thursday at the Crown Crest Memorial Park, Hyde, with the Rev. Robert J. Way officiating. Military honors will be accorded by the Clearfield American Legion Post #6 and the VFW Post #1785 Honor Guard.
