- An incident of DUI occurred at 6:03 p.m. Sunday on state Route 219 south of Howard Road in Horton Township. A 58-year-old Brockway man was stopped and arrested for DUI after a preliminary investigation. He was transported for blood testing at the Elk Regional Health Center. Charges are to be filed for DUI and other related summary traffic offenses through the district court.
- An incident of DUI occurred at 7:35 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of SR 948 and Skyline Drive in Fox Township. A 29-year-old St. Marys man was stopped and arrested for DUI after a preliminary investigation. He was transported for blood testing at the Elk Regional Health Center. Charges are to be filed for DUI and other related traffic offenses through the district court.
- An incident of DUI occurred at 12:04 a.m. Sunday on SR 555 in the area of Plum Street in Jay Township. A 59-year-old Brookfield, OH man was stopped for a traffic violation. Upon speaking with him, state police detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. He was then arrested for DUI and other summary charges through the district court.
- An incident of DUI occurred at 3:48 a.m. Sunday on SR 948 in the area of Hayes Road in Fox Township. A 26-year-old Kersey woman was stopped for a traffic violation. Upon speaking with her, state police detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. She was then arrested for DUI and other summary offenses through the district court.
- An incident of DUI occurred at 2:42 a.m. Monday on Irishtown Road in Fox Township. A 21-year-old St. Marys man was stopped for a traffic violation. Upon speaking with him, state police detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. He was then arrested for DUI and other summary charges through the district court.
