DUBOIS – A 23-year-old DuBois man, Derek Bowser, was arrested in the first block of Rumbarger Avenue for being involved in a domestic dispute with his girlfriend on Tuesday, according to the DuBois City Police Department.
She allegedly suffered a large laceration above her eye. He’ll also be charged with allegedly assaulting the victim’s 3-year-old daughter who also sustained injuries.
