WOODWARD TOWNSHIP – An incident of rape occurred sometime between 2 p.m. Aug. 1, 2009 and 10 p.m. Dec. 30, 2009 along state Route 153 in Woodward Township.
The Clearfield-based state police said on Friday, a 40-year-old Woodland woman showed up at their barracks and reported that a 31-year-old Somerset man had raped her in 2009. The victim was interviewed regarding the rape.
No further information was provided in the report. Based upon the interview, the rape remains under investigation.
