Obituary Notice: Ethel J. Emerick

Ethel J. Emerick, 69, of Mayport and formerly of DuBois, died Wednesday at theUniversityofPittsburgh Medical Center Presbyterian.

Born June 1, 1942 inDayton, she was the daughter of the late Paul E. and V. Leola (Reed) Neal.

She made her home with Robert Johnson of Mayport.

She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star inPunxsutawneyand theLakesideUnitedMethodistChurchin DuBois.

She is survived by a son, Frank B. Emerick III of Newport News, VA, a daughter Cathy Tasputin of Largo, FL.; six grandchildren, Chad and Chet Haddow; Jason, Brittni, and Brooke Emerick; and Tammy Couretu; and a brother, Howard Neal of Timlin.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Laird Neal.

There will be no public visitation and private services will be held.

Burial will be inMountTaborCemetery, Mayport.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home.
