Local fire departments responded to an outside fire on Fire Tower Road on Friday.
Fire departments from Clearfield Borough, Curwensville, Lawrence Township, Hyde and Glenn Richey responded to a fire started when the property owner lost control of a debris fire. No individuals were harmed in the fire. Land around the property was scorched, but there was no damage to the camper or other items on the property.
