CLEARFIELD – Describing themselves as “most anxious” to make progress on the river front development Clearfield Borough council has authorized Solicitor F. Cortez “Chip” Bell III to take actions required to provide Impact Pennsylvania Impact final notice of default.
Impact Pennsylvania had been notified by the borough in the past that they were in default of agreements. According to a release given by the borough a notice had been given to Impact Pennsylvania in March. They had also taken action in December. At the borough’s July 17 meeting they heard Bob Yoder’s response.
According to the statement read at the borough meeting there has been no further movement either party since July.
