CLEARFIELD — After having their last three games rained out, the Clearfield Fall Ball baseball team, sponsored by Jim’s Sports Center finally took to the field on Sunday for a doubleheader against Altoona.
Jim’s won the first game 2-1 behind the complete game gem thrown by Ronny Ogden.
Odgen threw a 5-hitter and also provided the offense by hitting a two-run homerun in the first inning.
Altoona exacted its revenge in the second game by “10-running” Jim’s 14-4.
Jim’s (1-3) will be back in action when they travel to DuBois on Thursday September 15.
The Bison Baseball Alumni games will be played on Saturday at Lawrence Township Rec Park.
