PUNXSUTAWNEY – Jim’s Sports Center of Clearfield swept a double-header from Punxsutawney Medical 10-4 and 16-9 in Central Penn Teener League 14-and-Under Division action Sunday afternoon.
 
C.J. Gathagan pitched a four-hitter with 11 strikeouts in the opener.
 
Logan Lykens and Cole Kephart had a single and a double apiece.
 
Jim’s piled up 16 hits in the nightcap, halted after five innings because of the time limit.
 
Zack Krise paced the winners with three singles, while winning pitcher Nate Brady, Logan Puit, Josh Kennedy and Curtis Collins each had a pair of hits.
 
Jim’s (5-2) will play a twinbill at Altoona next Sunday at noon.
