CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced Clearfield County’s Fugitive of the Week for the week of October 18, 2010.
Shaw identified the Fugitive as Destiney Dawn Bloom, age 27, of Old Valley Road, West Decatur, Pennsylvania.
Shaw stated that Bloom is wanted for failure to appear at a Preliminary Hearing on October 13, 2010.
On September 20, 2010, Trooper Mary Jane McGinnis of the Pennsylvania State Police, Woodland Barracks, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Bloom with: 1) Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, F1; 2) Statutory Sexual Assault, F2; 3)Corruption of Minors, M1; and 4) Indecent Assault, M2.
An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by McGinnis states that the State Police were investigating a report of Bloom having inappropriate sexual contact with a male juvenile under the age of sixteen (16). During the investigation, McGinnis interviewed witnesses who stated the sexual contact occurred at a residence in Grassflat. Bloom and the victim were both staying overnight at the residence.
