Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

Police reported an incident of theft that occurred sometime between 5 p.m. Thursday and 5 p.m. Friday on Kepp Road in Rush Township, Centre County. An 80-year-old Philipsburg woman reportedly had two lawn gnomes removed from her front yard. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Philipsburg State Police at 814-342-3370.
Police reported an incident of theft by unlawful taking at 9 p.m. Saturday on East Presqueisle Street in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. Someone reportedly removed a 56-year-old Philipsburg man’s yearbook and fled the scene. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Philipsburg State Police at 814-342-3370.
Police reported an incident of driving under the influence at 8:39 on Sept. 26 on state Route 3040 in Huston Township, Centre County. A 32-year-old Julian man was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of prescription medication. DUI and related charges are to be filed through the district court.
Police reported an incident of harassment that occurred at approximately 8:45 p.m. Friday at the Philipsburg-Osceola football field in Rush Township, Centre County. A 15-year-old Philipsburg male juvenile allegedly struck a 13-year-old Osceola Mills female juvenile in the face. Charges of harassment will be filed through the district court.
