  • Police ticketed a vehicle along North Third Street.
  • Police were able to locate a hypdermic needle along West Sixth Avenue. It was then disposed of properly.
  • Officers responded to East Sixth Street for a parking complaint. Officers did not locate any violations.
  • Police checked for a suspicious man on Power Avenue. It was discovered that he is a resident at a nearby assisted living home.
  • Police assisted MH/MR with serving a 302 warrant on a person on South Second Street. He was transported to the Clearfield Hospital for a mental health evaluation.
  • Police responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Ogden Avenue and South Second Street. No injuries were reported and both were driven from the scene.
  • Police responded to a hit-and-run that occurred on Nichols Street.
  • Police arrested a Curwensville resident for suspicion of DUI after he was stopped on US Route 322 for a traffic violation.
  • Officers placed a man in jail after he was found passed out under a vehicle on Nichols Street due to intoxication.
  • Police handled a noise complaint on Ogden Avenue.
  • Officers were able to locate a person walking down Bigler Avenue in the middle of the roadway.
  • Officers handled several parking complaints over the weekend.
  • Police responded to a 911 hang-up call on Stewart Avenue.
  • Police responded to Reed Street for a noise complaint.
  • Sometime over the weekend unknown people attempted to gain entry  into a  Witmer Street address.
  • Police responded to a one-vehicle accident early Monday morning. The driver lost control and overturned his vehicle onto its side. No injuries were reported.
