Police Report: CBPD

Police received a complain of retail theft from an East Market Street Business. Officers went to the address of the suspect and detected an odor of burnt marijuana. Officers received consent to search and located several paraphernalia items. A man was taken into custody due to a bench warrant from 2000. Charges are pending on a woman as well as the man. Police were assisted by the Clearfield County Sheriff’s Office.
Police responded to Dorey Street for a trespass complaint.
Police received a traffic complaint. A coal truck was driving erratically down South Second Street and was in use of his retardant brake, which is prohibited. Police have a vehicle registration number.
Police were called to the area of Clearfield Hospital for a disoriented woman. The call was cancelled en route as the caller learned that the woman was from a nearby doctor’s office.
