Pauline D. Manahan, 86 of Clearfield, passed away, Aug. 12, 2010 at her residence.
Born on April 2, 1924 in Woodland, she was the daughter of Morris W. and Sarah (Dixon) Maines.
Mrs. Manahan was a homemaker.
She was affiliated with the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church of Clearfield.
Mrs. Manahan is survived by her husband Henry F. Manahan, whom she married on December 16, 1946 in Clearfield, PA; children: Gloria J. Brady and her husband Don of Clearfield, PA, Morris H. Manahan and his wife Joyce of Osceola Mills, PA, Linda S. Rowles and her husband Harry of New Millport, PA, Christy K. Hunt-Cassick and her husband Tom of Clearfield, PA, and Susan M. Zortman and her companion Rick of Madera, PA; Grandchildren: Dawn M. (Brady) Tibbens and her husband Mike of Clearfield, PA, Michael A. Brady and his wife Melissa of Clearfield, PA, Shay A. Manahan and his fiancee Dana of Hawk Run, Brandon Manahan and his wife Kris of Saxton, PA, Harry Rowles, Jr. and his wife Barb of DuBois, PA, Tammy Price and her husband Mark of Clearfield, PA, Jason Rowles and his wife Penny of Grampian, PA, Lorilee Bloom and her husband Paul of Kerrmore, PA, U.S.M.C. Staff Sergeant Christopher Hunt and his wife Melissa of Keller, TX, Rae Hunt Gallaher and her husband Chad of Philipsburg, PA, Dustin Hunt and his fiancée Cherri of Clearfield, PA, Steven Hunt of Clearfield, PA, foster grandchild, Cody Schmoke of Clearfield; twenty six great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson; four sisters: Evelyn Saudarg of Hyde, PA, Madeline Price of Grampian, PA, Sarah Waggoner of Kentucky and Martha Kougher of Kentucky.
Mrs. Manahan is preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Catherine Ann and these brothers and sisters: Donnie, Elmer, Katherine, Betty Lou, Mable, Ed, Beatrice, Willard, Lucille, Lester, Mary Lorreen and Clarence and a son-in-law, Raymond Hunt.
Funeral services will be held on Aug. 15, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc. of Clearfield, PA with Rev. John Gill officiating. Interment will be in the Bradford Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Aug. 15 from 2:00 p.m. until the hour of the service.
