Police Report: CBPD

Police are asking for assistance from the public in looking for a white vehicle that hit and did minor damage to a red parked car Tuesday night in the Market Street area. The white vehicle will have light to moderate red paint transfer on the corners or sides of the vehicle. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Clearfield police at 765-7819.
An accident occurred at the corner of McBride Street and Turnpike Avenue at 7:27 p.m. According to police, Jesse Ziegler, from Grampian, was stopped at a stop sign on McBride Street when he began spinning his tires excessively prior to making a right hand turn. As a result, the vehicle fishtailed and hit a tree on the right side of the street. The vehicle sustained minor damage as a result.
