Raymond W. Harris, age 68, of 2nd Avenue in Altoona, formerly of DuBois, died on May 3, 2010 at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Montifore in Pittsburgh, PA.
He was born on July 28, 1941 in DuBois, PA. He was the son of the late Jack Harris, Sr. and Clara (Williams) Harris.
He worked at SKAT Oil Co. for over 20 years.
He was a member of the Falls Creek Eagles Aerie 965.
He is survived by four children: Raymond T. Harris of Punxsutawney, PA, Gary J. Harris of York, PA, Susan L. Harris of DuBois, PA and Mark A. Harris of Waco, TX, one sister, Dorothy Shugarts of Toledo, OH and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Jack Harris, Jr.
Private funeral services will be held at the Goble Baronick Funeral Home with Pastor Ken Sherwood officiating.
Burial will be in Luthersburg Union Cemetery.
