Police Report: Clearfield Borough

  • Police were called to Sheetz on Nichols Street where a three year old boy had crossed Nichols Street and entered the store without adult supervision.  Police were able to contact the mother a short time later and return the boy.  Police contacted Clearfield County Children and Youth Family Services to alert them of the incident.
  • Police responded to a South Front Street location for an automatic burglar alarm.  They found the building to be secure.
  • Police cleared a harassment complaint.
  • Police responded to the laundry mat on Third Street for an incident of disorderly conduct.  The people fled the scene prior to police arrival.
  • Police handled a traffic complaint along River Road.
  • Police are investigating a hit and run that occurred in Dingers parking lot on April 30 sometime between 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.  If anyone has information regarding this incident please contact the police.
  • Police were able to locate a possible intoxicated man in the Ulrich Avenue area.
  • Police responded to a verbal domestic dispute on North Fifth Street.
  • Police were called to the driving park for an incident of harassment.
  • Police were called to Spruce Street for a possible overdose.  They were assisted by an emergency medical service crew.
  • Police responded to a verbal domestic dispute on Zimmerman Avenue.
  • A ticket was issued for a parking complaint on Woodland Road.
  • There was a non-reportable incident on Third Street where a vehicle hit a fire hydrant.
  • Police reported an unlocked car on Fifth Street.
  • Police arrested several people for public drunkenness over the weekend.
