Police reported found property at 9:15 a.m. Monday in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. Troopers received a 21-speed bicycle from behind the Subway restaurant along North Front Street. Anyone wishing to claim the bicycle is asked to call the Philipsburg State Police at 814-342-3370 and describe the bicycle.
