Paul Evans, 46, was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Richard Ireland on charges of public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphenelia, possession of marijuana, and two counts of harassment. Evans was then placed in the Clearfield County Jail with straight bail set at $20,000. A hearing is set for April 14 at 11:30 a.m.
Police received a call concerning animals on Good Street.
Police received a report of a civil complaint in the Hillsdale area. The man was advised as to how to proceed.
Police served a warrant on a person who is wanted for aggravated assault.
Police responded to a one vehicle accident that occurred on the Glen Richey Highway. A 16-year old boy was driving north on state Route 2023 when the drivers side tire fell off of his vehicle. There were no injuries as a result. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
